DC Entertainment president, Diane Nelson, has left Warner Bros. after 22 years with the company.
Since taking over as president in 2009, Nelson managed the hugely successful Harry Potter franchise, as well as bringing the publisher’s stable of comic book heroes to TV and film, including DC Entertainment properties like Arrow, Supergirl, Gotham, and Black Lightning, as well as a slew of DC films that were initially announced in 2014, including Wonder Woman, The LEGO Batman Movie, and 2019’s Shazam!
During her time at the company, she not only oversaw the growth of DC films and TV shows, but also video games, like Injustice 2, Batman: The Telltale Series, and the Batman: Arkham games.
