CD Projekt Red, maker of The Witcher series of games, has unveiled Cyberpunk 2077 at E3 2018.
It was the big splash we’ve been waiting years for; Cyberpunk was announced back in 2012, don’t forget – albeit as a way to attract talent to the studio (I know right!).
The Cyberpunk 2077 world premiere was the show-closer at the Xbox conference. The stage was ‘hacked’ by the Cyberpunk 2077 trailer, which changed from a text-hacking interface into a man on a metro station riding a train into, presumably, Night City. During the command line section, a bunch of what appeared to be redeemable Xbox codes flashed up. We tried them and they were legit – but already redeemed. What were they for?
