Not content to just tell us that Fallout 76 will be online and launch this year, Bethesda’s Todd Howard let us know what we’ll be able to get our hands on the game a bit earlier with a B.E.T.A. version. That acronym isn’t just for show, as it stands for “Break-it Early Test Application”. Howard cheekily stated, “It just doesn’t work,” referring to how a lot of games have been launching in early-access as of late.

Since the game is coming out in November, we could easily expect this beta in the next month or so. At the very least, it should be heading to all platforms.
