Ori and the Will of the Wisps will be released next year, sometime in 2019. This news came during Microsoft’s E3 2018 conference.
It was also revealed that it would be coming to the Xbox Store, which likely means PC and Xbox One, but it’s unclear whether it will be available on platforms like Steam as well.
The original game, Ori and the Blind Forest, came out back in 2015 on PC and Xbox One. We scored it an 8.5, saying, “Natural wonder, nonlinear exploration, and brutal difficulty come together beautifully in Ori and the Blind Forest.” It remains one of our absolute favorite Xbox One games.
