During a Nintendo Direct today, Nintendo announced that Ridley will be a playable character in the newly-revealed Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
While Ultimate features every character in the history of the franchise, Ridley is one of just a couple of new faces, joining Inkling as well as Daisy, who will be a new “echo fighter” with the same moveset as Peach.
