Alex S. from Link-Cable writes: “A cursory glance at my birth certificate will confirm the fact that I was indeed born in Canada and as such never was really exposed to soccer on an international stage (were basically born with skates on up here) so while I was no stranger to soccer I never really saw it for the international phenomenon that it is. Its only as I grew older and began learning about the world outside of our perpetually frozen borders that I found there was a significant portion of the planet that called soccer their game the worlds game if you will. This led me of course to the FIFA series of games which, I will admit, I am terrible at, but enjoy none the less and this years upcoming edition looks like it will be another big hit for the franchise and the virtual sport.”
