DC Comics has canceled its monthly Cyborg comic, according to writer Marv Wolfman. The recently released Cyborg #23 will serve as the series’ final issue, with the previously solicited Cyborg #24 and #25 being canceled.

This marks the second time the series has been put on the chopping block in 2018. It previously ended with issue #20 in January before unexpectedly returning in April with Wolfman (who co-created the character in 1980) installed as the new writer. Unfortunately, that second lease on life didn’t last very long.
