Dying Light 2’s Creative Director Adrian Cizewski was on hand during E3 2018 this year to discuss the upcoming Techland title, and it looks even better than its predecessor, if you can believe that.

Dying Light 2 takes place 15 years after Dying Light, and people have been forced to learn how to live with the infected living in the city. This is going to play a major role when it comes to the new title’s narrative, especially since it will explore how humanity has approached daily life with zombies lurking everywhere.

“They’ve built houses, facilities to survive. It’s different than in Dying Light, when it just happened a few weeks ago. It’s fresh. Because of that, it’s a much more human game.”

The game will also introduce a living, dynamic world that will ensure player input changes up things in the game, so there are plenty of new and intriguing mechanics to look forward to.

Currently, there’s no proposed release date for Dying Light 2, but it’ll be touching down on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
