Disney has officially set a release date of July 9, 2021 for Indiana Jones 5.
This is almost exactly one year later than its prior release date of July 10, 2020. Though we knew this wasn’t going to stick, it wasn’t until today Disney gave it an exact date.
Per The Hollywood Reporter, Disney has made other changes to its release calendar as well, announcing that Jungle Cruise is set to release on October 11, 2019 and Maleficent 2 is coming May 29, 2020. Marry Poppins Returns is also getting a slight date adjustment, moving up a week to December 19, 2018 from its initial Christmas Day release.
