In the upcoming multiplayer 3D brawler Override: Mech City Brawl, there’s a co-op party mode in which you and up to three friends can all pilot the same giant robot, with each player in charge of a specific part of the mech. That’s not even the main game mode and I’m already down to play.

When Override releases for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One this December, it’ll pit mechs against each other in real-world locations like Tokyo, Egypt, and San Francisco. There are 12 fighters all told, and I’m having a heck of a time narrowing that list down so I can confidently call “dibs.”

Developer The Balance is promising local and online multiplayer support, a single-player campaign of some sort, and a mech customization element (namely, swapping out accessories and skins).
