Giant cracks appeared above the battlegrounds in Fortnite Battle Royale and the theories have been flying as we edge closer to the new season going live on July 12, 2018. Clues have been scattered but, none were more exciting than the in-game location that disappeared from Fortnite and appeared in the real California desert. With today’s tease, it seems like Fortnite fans will have some things coming in the opposite direction during Season 5.

The Durr Burger from Fortnite landed in Antelope Valley not too long ago and the tease above makes me believe that not only will more Fortnite objects pop up in the real world, but real-world locations and/or items will arrive in Battle Royale.
What crossovers would you like to see Epic Games deliver on in Fortnite? The Avengers tie-in with Thanos and the Infinity Gauntlet was a lot of fun but this next move will influence a full season of the game. Give us your thoughts in Chatty and stay tuned to Shacknews for additional updates on the next season.
