A fan project to bring the famously-deleted P.T. to PC has been forced into cancellation by Konami, but the developer of the remake has been offered an internship at the company.

Hideo Kojima’s cancelled Silent Hills teaser has had a number of remakes, but a recent example, ‘PT for PC‘ by 17 year-old developer Qimsar, was looking pretty impressive – and close to being finished.

Unfortunately the project has been shut down by Konami due to “legal issues”, but in an update, Qimsar says that he has been offered an internship at the publisher, working with its EU, US and Japanese offices. On top of the internship, Konami is hooking up Qimsar with some merch and video games.
