Amazon’s Jack Ryan activation at Comic-Con 2018 is a fully-immersive experience that gives participants a glimpse at what the world of an operative looks like.
Before Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan drops on Amazon on August 31, fans will be able to train like Jack in the streets of Yemen. There are a wide-range of activities to choose from, like browsing the bazaar, where you’ll find silks, spices, ice cream, and even water to keep you hydrated. The activation is free and no Comic-Con badges are required.
There is also a very cool 4D experience, that incorporates Optitrack 4D and Oculus Rift technology. One scenario, in particular, will have the participant dropping out of a helicopter, then using a zip line to get to safety. And that’s just the training portion. Once you are a certified operative, the Jack Ryan Dark Ops Escape Room is your final test to see if you have what it takes.
