A teaser for the new Evangelion film has been released alongside confirmation of the Japanese release date of 2020.
Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0 was first announced in 2012, and is the last of four films that were planned for the franshise, beginning with Evangelion: 1.0 You Are
Alone in 2007, Evangelion: 2.0 You Can
Advance in 2009, and Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo in 2012.
