Marvel’s latest Punisher comic made its debut today, and Frank Castle definitely made an impact on the Marvel Universe.

In the previous volume of The Punisher, Frank Castle gave himself a major upgrade by stealing the War Machine armor and declaring war on Hydra and the impostor Captain America. Frank may have abandoned his new toy, but that doesn’t mean he’s stopped targeting a bigger class of criminal. The new series kicks off with the Punisher setting his sights on Baron Zemo and the Mandarin, as the two villains forged an alliance with Hydra and Roxxon in order to get the tiny, villain-infested country of Bagalia recognized as a legitimate nation.
