Some people choose to make a yearly pilgrimage to Blizzcon, Blizzard’s creatively named convention, and take part in the panels and pageantry in person. For a lot of others, that’s simply not an option, so they opt for the virtual ticket, which lets fans watch Blizzcon from home after doing the careful math that $50 is not as much as whatever they would spend flying and staying there. Those virtual ticket holders also tend to get in-game items, as well, and this year’s item is a brand new costume for Sombra in Overwatch.
The Demon Hunter costume dresses the hacking genius in garb from Diablo, with the Blizzard description stating that Sombra has “vaulted into Overwatch from Sanctuary to continue her fight against evil.” You can check out a video of the costume below.
The costume is available to any virtual ticketholders for Blizzcon, which itself is not until November, but tickets went on sale earlier today. Blizzard says the legendary skin is only for people who purchase a Blizzcon ticket, so don’t expect you will be able to get it after the fact with in-game currency.
