A live-action adaptation of the popular anime and manga series My Hero Academia is reportedly in the works.
Per Nerdist and The Hollywood Reporter, Legendary Entertainment made the announcement that this live-action feature film will adapt Kohei Horikoshi’s manga, with Toho distributing the movie in Japan. Legendary will be producing the film with Alex Garcia and Jay Ashenfelter, alongside Shonen Jump publisher Shueisha’s Ryosuke Yoritomi. No details concerning directors, casting or potential release dates have been announced.
