If you’re planning to top-off your PlayStation Plus membership soon, you’re in luck as PlayStation Plus 1-year subscription is now on sale for 33% off at select retailers. As of writing, PlayStation Store, Amazon, and GameStop all have PlayStation Plus membership on tap for $39.99 – a far cry from its typical $59.99 price tag.
While you can definitely login to your PSN account and pick up the subscription there, for people who prefer to top-off at their choosing, GameStop or Amazon’s deal is the better way to go as PSN will automatically activate and stack your subscription. When you buy at GameStop, you’ll receive an immediate digital code to renew or top-off your PS Plus subscription at a time of your choosing.
No expiration date exists on this deal as of writing, but given the PSN Black Friday sale is running through November 27, we’d suspect you’d get at least a week worth of discount till supply ends. Note that the deal is only valid to U.S. addresses, so if you’re in other regions you’re better off with the PSN deal.
