AMD has released a brand new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, the AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.2.1 driver is optimized for Apex Legends and The Division 2s private beta. Furthermore, this driver increases performance by up to 5% performance in Assassins Creed Odyssey on a Radeon RX Vega 64 graphics card.
