Dead Cells will be receiving free DLC later this year and, according to developer Motion Twin, “players are going to freak out.”

Motion Twin and Red Bull released a new 12-minute video that delves deep into the history of Dead Cells and allows fans to see “the first iteration of Dead Cells, which started as a “really boring” multiplayer strategy game.”

As for the “huge DLC,” the team begins discussing it and showing footage at around the 8:50 mark and reveals they have been working on it for over nine months.
