Remember when Team Cherry cancelled its retail physical release for Hollow Knight, but said it would look into other options? Today, Team Cherry and Fangamer gave more details, announcing that the action/platformer will indeed get a physical release, and it’ll launch in late May for PS4, Switch, and PC.

Hollow Knight will get two physical editions: the standard edition will cost $29 for PS4 and PC copies and $34 for Switch players. It includes a copy of the game, an instruction manual (retro!), and a map of Hollownest. The collector’s edition will cost $64 for PS4 and PC and $69 for Switch owners. It includes the standard edition content, a gold foil collector’s box, knight brooch and stand, Quirrel comic book, gold foil art print set, and a pre-order bonus papercraft set. You can pre-order your copy and see the bonuses for yourself over at Fangamer.com.

It’s a great month for new and old Hollow Knight fans. Team Cherry recently announced Hollow Knight: Silksong, a DLC campaign-turned full-blown sequel that introduces a new town and pits players against 150 new enemies. While you wait, check out our feature on the making of Hollow Knight.
