It’s no secret that Carol Danvers is a powerhouse. She’s a Kree-hybrid who, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, was empowered directly by a blast from an Infinity Stone, which puts her inarguably within the ranks of the MCU’s strongest heroes — but no character can be completely without weakness, not even the mightiest of Earth’s Mightiest Avengers. Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige has already assured fans that Carol will have some sort of Achilles’ heel, but unsurprisingly withheld the details about just what that weak spot might be. While there’s no Kryptonite-like substance that can easily take Captain Marvel down, there are some notable disadvantages she has in the comics.
