The Borderlands series hasn’t had a proper new entry since the Pre-Sequel released in 2014. Fans clamoring for another entry in the beloved series should be happy to know that Gearbox is gearing up to drop (hopefully big) news about the long-in-development follow-up at a PAX Panel this week.
Way back in 2017, Gearbox head Randy Pitchford gave us our first glimpse of what the Borderlands sequel looked like. Today we got another taste of the vibe the studio is going for via this “Mask of Mayhem” teaser trailer:

Gearbox is hosting the PAX East panel to follow up this teaser trailer tomorrow, March 28. If you’re not attending the convention in Boston you can still see the presentation via a livestream on the Borderlands homepage at 11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET.
