It has been a while since Sony held a PSN Flash Sale, all the way back in early March by my count. Heading into Easter weekend, that streak is broken.
There’s another PlayStation Flash Sale this weekend, live now through the morning of April 22. Honestly, it’s not the sexiest of bargain bin extravaganzas. There isn’t a ton of super alluring stuff on sale. The Division 2 for $50 and Metro Exodus for $45 kind of stand out.
However, there is a banger of a deal for anyone who wants a whole lot of Assassin’s Creed. The Gold Edition of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is on sale for $33. This includes the base game and the season pass. The latter comes with the two major Odyssey DLC stories (Legacy of the First Blade and the upcoming Fate of Atlantis), as well as the remasters of Assassin’s Creed III and Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation. At regular price, the season pass alone retails for $40; this Flash Sale lists it individually for $24.
