We hope you’re in the mood for more Avatar, because director James Cameron is hard at work creating no fewer than four sequels to his 2009 sci-fi smash. Disney will release a new Avatar movie every other year between December 2021 and December 2027, all of which will continue the story of Jake Sully, the Na’vi and the other heroes of Pandora.
Even though the first sequel to the space opera is still a long way out, we already have a good idea of which actors will be reprising their roles and what new stars have been cast to expand the Avatar universe.
