Avengers: Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo are taking their creative talents to Netflix to develop an all-new animated series based on the Magic: The Gathering franchise.
Per Netflix, “The Russos will oversee the creation of an all-new storyline and expand on the stories of the Planeswalkers, which are Magic’s unique magic-wielding heroes and villains as they contend with stakes larger than any one world can hold.”
Henry Gilroy (Star Wars: The Clone Wars) and Jose Molina (Agent Carter) will serve as co-showrunners on the series. For a first look at the show, check out the teaser image below:
