What was previously called “Dragon Ball Project Z” is now titled Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, and it will arrive in early 2020.

Revealed at Microsoft’s E3 conference, we got a good long look at the game in action, with all cel-shaded battles and energy beams you’d expect from a Dragon Ball game.

During the Dragon Ball Project Z unveiling back in January, we learned the game will let players “discover the story of the mysterious Dragon Balls,” and “join Goku and fellow warriors in the neverending search for the ultimate fight.” The previously released reveal trailer featured such characters as Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Vegeta, Frieza, and many more as iconic scenes and locations from Dragon Ball Z were showcased.
