Despite already being available on the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan, there was no mention of Phantasy Star Online 2 coming to Sonys system when it was announced during Microsofts press conference at E3 2019. Turns out, however, that this may be a timed exclusive at least, thats what Xbox boss Phil Spencer suggested on the Giant Bombcast.
