The previous will-it-won’t-it situation that the title was stuck in was somewhat resolved when the developer GSC Game World confirmed that they did begin the development anew, but we still know precious little about it.
A recent interview that was translated from Russian on Reddit, however, does tell us a bit more about the upcoming project. Now we know, for example, that the new STALKER 2 is not related to the canceled 2012 game.”
