We didn’t get to see much of Ghost in Season 8 of Game of Thrones, but apparently we missed out on a lot more direwolf action than we realized in the show’s final episodes.
In a recent podcast interview with IndieWire, director Miguel Sapochnik (who helmed Season 8 episode 3, “The Long Night,” and episode 5, “The Bells”) revealed that the scope of “The Long Night” was far bigger than anyone could’ve imagined – at least during the planning process.
