Based on a user poll run on IGN’s front page, Spider-Man and Superman nearly tied for which superhero IGN readers think deserves a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
With over 40,000 votes in total, Spider-Man came in with 30.6% of the vote while Superman netted 30%. Spider-Man may have had an advantage in timing for this vote, as today marks the release date for Spider-Man: Far From Home starring Tom Holland as your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Spider-Man has also been prominent in other media, as he starred in the PS4 game Marvel’s Spider-Man, which came full circle with its own series of comics.
