Rob Pitt writes: ‘Walking Simulator’ is a term which I dont like using as it doesnt paint the right kind of picture for what youre about to experience. However, despite my dislike of the derogatory genre, its one which most people understand when describing games such as Everybodys Gone to the Rapture, Dear Esther, and Draugen.
Developers Red Thread Games have delivered a beautiful, yet harrowing, interactive narrative adventure in the form of Draugen, a game which has you hooked from the opening title sequence all the way through to the end credits.
