Just days ahead of the series premiere of The Boys, Amazon has renewed this dark superhero series for a second season.
The news was revealed at the show’s Comic-Con panel this afternoon. Executive producer Seth Rogen revealed that the cast and crew flew down to San Diego from Toronto, where filming is well underway on Season 2. “We’re literally halfway through filming the second season,” said Rogen.
Amazon is also confirming that Aya Cash (You’re the Worst) will be joining the cast in Season 2 as the character Stormfront.
