Titans: Season 2 has been given a release date. As revealed at the DC Universe panel at Comic-Con, Season 2 will debut on the DC Universe streaming service on Friday, September 6.
This is good news for a series recently hit by tragedy. Production on Season 2 shut down for several days after special effects coordinator Warren Appleby was killed during a rehearsal.
Fans were treated to a Season 2 sizzle reel as the panel began, one which offered a glimpse of Iain Glen’s Bruce Wayne and the revamped Titans lineup that now includes Hawk, Dove, Wonder Girl (in costume) and Superboy. The footage ended with a first look at Esai Morales’ Deathstroke, whose costume is reminiscent of the one in the Batman: Arkham games.
