Head of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, has hinted that the next class of Avengers will introduce some new characters to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The film producer confirmed in an interview with MTV News that the Avengers will indeed return with a “very different team” in the future, even though an ensemble cross-over film hasn’t officially appeared on any upcoming calendars for the studio.
Feige revealed that the next generation of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes would feature some familiar faces, together with some new characters that haven’t made their big screen debut yet.
“It will be a very different team than we’ve seen before. That’s what Endgame was all about,” he said, speaking about the new Avengers roster. “It will be a very different incarnation of the team with some people you’ve already met and some people we haven’t met yet.”
