Without any notice, the indie adventure game known for its vast, stunning landscapes and emotional connections, Journey, launched in the iOS App Store on Tuesday.
The announcement came from Jenova Chen, co-founder & creative director of Journey’s developer, thatgamecompany.
Chen shared the news on Twitter saying, “Journey the older sister of Sky is out on iOS today! Thanks to @A_i and @SonySantaMonica, three thatgamecompany games are within my pocket ready to play at all time!”
Journey is from the same developer behind Sky: Children of Light and Flower, and is available to download for $4.99 in the App Store, with the option to play it on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. A multiplayer option is also available, with matchmaking occurring through Game Center.
