All September long, IGN is highlighting the best TV coming your way in the 2019-2020 season. Today we’re taking a look at the upcoming USA Network series Treadstone. A spinoff of the Bourne movies, Treadstone explores a world where Jason Bourne has gone into hiding but the titular organization is still hard at work developing a new generation of superhuman assassins. The series revolves around a group of sleeper agents called Cicadas who are suddenly called into action. We had a chance to speak with one of the stars of Treadstone, Jeremy Irvine, about his character and how the series builds on the legacy of Jason Bourne.
