The first season of Epix’s Batman prequel series, Pennyworth, comes to a climactic end with “Marianne Faithfull,” premiering on Sunday, September 29.
Here’s how Epix describes the Season 1 finale: “After a member of the British royalty is abducted, Alfred (Jack Bannon) must take a side in the struggle. Meanwhile, Lord Harwood (Jason Flemyng) uses those closest to Alfred to remove him from the game.

From the clip, it appears that the Queen (Jessica Ellerby) gets herself into quite a bit of trouble with Bet (Paloma Faith) and Peggy (Polly Walker) Sykes, with the sisters scheming to get Lord Harwood back into power.
