From Bandai Namco: “A new update is live now for CODE VEIN.
This is a bug fix patch on PS4 and Xbox One to address some critical issues which includes the following:
Fixed multiplayer immediately after defeating the last boss in Cathedral of the Sacred Blood causing player character unable to re-enter the boss area to progress the story.”
