Sony’s high-profile Toms may be meeting in a face-off.
Speaking to Fandom, Venom director Ruben Fleischer said Sony is “building towards” a confrontation between Tom Hardy’s Venom and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man.
“That’s where it’s all going to lead,” Fleischer said of a showdown between the two characters.
Fleischer added that the Venom film had to change Venom’s origin story because of Sony’s deal with Marvel.
