Thanks to the new Netflix show, The Witcher seems to be more popular than ever right now. You can (and should) catch up on the Witcher games on PC for cheap if you’re into that sort of thing. But if you’re looking to sink even deeper into the lore by way of the source material, you’ll definitely want to check out the Witcher books.
Written by the Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski, the Witcher books series stars Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter who also happens to be a mutant who can cast spells. He roams from town to town, slaying monsters for hire, while also getting wrapped up in the affairs of the fantasy world he inhabits.
