The Surface Laptop 3 comes in two sizes: 13.5 inches and 15 inches. Each one is available in various colors and configurations that will affect the price. Not all models are $300 off, so click around to find the one that suits you best.
What is the Surface Laptop 3? It’s Microsoft’s “laptop for everybody,” and it goes up against competitors like the MacBook Air and Dell XPS 13. It holds its own, too, delivering a well-priced (especially when it’s on sale) portable PC with a luxury feel.
It’s a laptop with a keyboard and touchpad that feel great to use. Unlike the MacBook Air, the Surface Laptop 3’s display is a touchscreen. In addition to a USB-A port, it also has a USB-C port for charging and plugging in accessories. It’s worth noting that it’s not a Thunderbolt 3 port, so it won’t work with every accessory on the market.
If you choose the platinum or cobalt blue color option, you’ll get the product line’s signature Alcantara fabric deck, which both looks and feels fantastic. The sandstone and matte black colors, however, have aluminum decks. The Surface Laptop 3 represents the first time the unique fabric material is optional.
