I’m going to spend entirely too long tuning my Nioh 2 character. That’s just the way it is. If you’d rather embark on the yokai-busting adventure sooner than later, you may want to pick a preset character.
Last year, Team Ninja held a contest in which Nioh 2 beta players could submit their custom-designed character for a chance at having their creation featured in the final game. Now, the results are in.
The studio ended up picking eight winning entries, all of which will be playable as in-game avatars.

Spot anything out of the ordinary?
One of the characters is based on Final Fantasy XIV director Naoki “Yoshi-P” Yoshida. Yes, really.
I love that someone not only thought to do that, but Team Ninja also went ahead and approved it.
