To drum up interest for The Division 2’s upcoming expansion, Ubisoft has put the core game on sale for just $2.99 in digital form. That applies to all platforms: PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That’s a huge price cut from the $59.99 MSRP, and significantly cheaper than AAA games ever tend to go. Additionally, Ubisoft is offering preorder discounts on various bundles that include the upcoming Warlords of New York expansion. We have the details below.

You can get the base game of The Division 2 for just $2.99 at the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, and Ubisoft Store. And while the PlayStation Store doesn’t have listings for the Warlords of New York expansions, the other two digital storefronts have discounts on additional bundles.
Preordering the game and the Warlords of New York expansion costs just $32.99 right now, but that will go up to $59.99 once the sale is over. If you want the Year 1 Pass and additional digital extras in addition to the core game and expansion, you can get the Ultimate edition on sale for $53.

Finally, if you already own The Division 2, you can preorder the Warlords of New York expansion on its own, but unfortunately you won’t get a discount. This sale is aimed at newcomers.
The Division 2 is a loot-based shooter that’s been available for about a year. Warlords of New York releases on March 3 and marks the game’s first major expansion. As the title implies, the expansion brings players back to New York City, where the first game took place.
Once the expansion arrives, new players won’t have to complete the original game before trying out the new content. You’ll be able to boost your character to level 30 and hop right into the Warlords of New York content.
