Overcooked is a magnificent game but its really struggled as a solo experience, and Overcooked 2 arguably made things much worse with increasingly challenging DLC. Moving Out is definitely more friendly to solo players, though.
Theres a bunch of neat accessibility options that really balance the game out more in favour of a single player.
