Disney+ in June features some exciting docuseries like Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, which will air new episodes every Friday. So far, the series has offered some unique insights into Season 1, like why it takes three guys to play Mando, and Dave Filoni’s fascinating journey from Avatar: The Last Airbender to the Star Wars universe. The streamer will also debut the making of Frozen 2 on Friday, June 26.
On the movie front, Artemis Fowl is foregoing its theatrical release due to the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic and will exclusively debut on Disney+ on June 12. The film centers on “Artemis Fowl, a descendant of a long line of criminal masterminds, as he desperately tries to save his father who has been kidnapped. In order to pay his ransom, Artemis must infiltrate an ancient, underground civilization—the amazingly advanced world of fairies—and bring the kidnapper the Aculos, the fairies’ most powerful and coveted magical device,” per a synopsis from Disney.
