THQ Nordic has dropped a new trailer for its mischievous remake Destroy All Humans! which is headed to PC, PS4, and Xbox One this summer. Developed by Black Forest Games, this “ground-up” remake will beam all of the action from the 2005 classic onto modern platforms, while adding new content cut from the original release.
The new trailer, “Welcome to Turnipseed Farm,” showcases the opening of the adventure, as little bastard Cryptosporidium 137, (better known as simply “Crypto”), arrives on Earth circa 1959 and immediately sets about harvesting DNA, troubling wildlife, and destroying every structure in sight. While the 2005 gameplay may seem a little threadbare in today’s “bloat is king” era, there’s no denying it looks like a helluva lot of silly fun.
Destroy All Humans! launches on PS4, PC, and Xbox One July 28.
