Amazon’s Prime Day is here, and with it have come a huge collection of great deals on all kinds of stuff ranging from PCs and Apple products to Blu-rays, 4K TVs, and more. But there’s only one deal that actually pays… you. You’ll get more money back than you put into it.

If you buy a $40 Amazon gift card (even if it’s just for yourself), you’ll get $10 of free Amazon credit deposited into your account within the next couple of days. If you shop regularly at Amazon, or even irregularly, that’s just free money. There’s no reason not to do it. There’s no minimum purchase price either, so you can use your $10 credit to get a $10 Blu-ray shipped to you, or a digital game purchase. Or you could even turn it right into Nintendo eShop or PSN cash. The only catch is that, like all Prime Day deals, you have to be a Prime member to get it.

How to Get $10 Free Amazon Credit

To get the deal, all you have to do is visit this page and click the “Apply code to your account” button. (Alternatively, you can enter promo code GC20PRIME at checkout). Then buy a gift card for $40 or more.

If you want all the Amazon bucks for yourself, just enter your own email address for the recipient (that’s what I did). After checkout you’ll receive the $40 Amazon gift card, and then a couple days later you’ll get the $10 credit. Again, that adds up to $50 of Amazon credit for $40.
