From GameWatcher: “CD Projekt is under investigation by Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) following Cyberpunk 2077’s launch issues and technical state. The agency is looking at developer CD Projekt Red’s efforts to fix the RPG’s major problems as well as how it its handling refunding disappointed customers.
Depending on the results of the investigation, CD Projekt Red could end up being fined up to 10% of its annual income by the UOKiK.”
