A compendium of awesome classic Capcom arcades have been gathered together in Capcom Arcade Stadium, which launches today on Nintendo Switch. The surprise release date was announced during today’s Nintendo Direct presentation.
Capcom Arcade Stadium will arrive as a free dashboard bundled with 1987 shmup 1943: The Battle of Midway. Players can then purchase three individual packs of games, each containing 10 classic titles.
In all, 32 Capcom titles are available at launch, including Street Fighter II, Strider, Forgotten Worlds, Commando, Final Fight, and many more. Ghosts ‘n Goblins is a standalone purchase, but it will be available as a free download until February 25 as a promo for Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection.
